AC doesn’t cool or heat

Changed to nest thermostat and now no cooling or heating from unit just warm air.

do I need the black wire going from RC to RH?

Thanks for reaching out — I'd love to help.

Nest Learning Thermostat doesn't need any jumper wires. The wiring you did on your thermostat is correct, but could you please confirm if the wire connected to the C terminal is the one that is colored blue? Also, go to the "Settings" then look for "Equipment" and check the wiring diagram if the thermostat is detecting all of the wires connected to it.
