AC starting and stopping

AC seems to be starting and stopping (short circuiting?) when the temperature is close to where the thermostat is set. Only happens with AC. Furnace seems to work fine. PS this was earlier in the summer

I'm sorry to hear you're AC short cycles. It appears it's most likely a power issue. I'd be happy to take a look into this for you.

To be specific, what kind of Nest thermostat do you have? Does it have a C wire? Also, when was it installed?
