Air blowing warm air

My air is not getting cool. I have the nest 4th generation. I have had it on for hours and it shows it is 78 in my house. How long does it take for the house to cool off?  So frustrated. This system is 7 months old and I've had nothing but issues after issue.

Hi @Chunnie10,

Thanks for reaching out to the Google Nest community. I'm sorry to hear your Nest Learning Thermostat 4th gen is blowing warm air instead of cool, but there's no need to worry; I'm happy to help you right now.

To get a better understanding of the situation, please help me out by answering the following questions:

  • What type of HVAC system do you have?
  • When was the Nest Thermostat installed?
  • What other strange symptoms have you experienced since the problem started?
  • Have you done troubleshooting steps? If so, can you list them?
  • Can you please send me a picture of the wiring of the Nest Thermostat?

Any additional details you can provide will be helpful.

Regards,

Gabriela
