For what seems like ages now I've been getting messages via email, in the app, etc. to sign up for Rush Hour rewards -- with a company that's not only not my provider but not even an option. No matter how many times I decline to sign up, I continue to be pestered about it. I don't necessarily want to miss ALL promotional messages, but this one is driving me nuts. Any way to let Nest/Google know who my provider actually is so they can stop harassing me about it? If it were just emails I could set up a filter, but it's coming through the app as well.
To be clear, I'm looking for an actual technical solution that I'm just overlooking. I'm not just some idiot who thinks posting here is going to get their attention. 😅

Hi brossow,
If you’re currently enrolled in Rush Hour Rewards and you want to unenroll, you may get in touch with our support team by visiting the Google Nest Contact Us page. Once you unenroll, your thermostat will no longer participate in Rush Hour events.
Let us know if you have any other questions. We're here to help.
Best,
Zoe

Please reread my original message. I don't want to unenroll from Rush Hour Rewards; I want to stop being asked repeatedly, both via email and in the app, to enroll with a provider that's not mine.

Hey brossow,
Sorry for the delay. We've got some more information for you. You can check out this guide on how to change notification settings with the app. On the other hand, contact your energy provider and tell them to remove you from the list of eligible customers who can sign up for Rush Hour Rewards. Once they’ve removed you, you won't get rush hour notifications on your thermostat or phone.
Let us know if you have any other questions. We're happy to help.
Regards,
Zoe
