App isn't working correctly

I recently bought a new phone. Google Pixel 6A. The app for my Nest thermostat was on my old Samsung phone. All the apps were transferred to my new phone and all required m we to sign in again. I did this with the Nest app but all i to shows now is home and away. No options to schedule the thermostat. I'm wondering if the thermostat is hooked still to the old phone in since way so the app doesn't work. The thermostat states I to is connected to a phone. Help this is really frustrating as I need to schedule by phone not on the thermostat.

I'm sorry to hear that you lost access to your Nest Thermostat in the Nest app. I'm sure it's frustrating that you can't control it remotely, but I wanted to see how I could help.

Since you've already added your thermostat to an account. Please make sure that you're signed in with the correct email address associated with your thermostat. If so, try checking for other available structures where it might be connected. Here's your guide on how to switch home structures.
