New nest thermostat user here, I’ve installed the learning 4th gen and the heat works fine but whenever I put it on cool, heat comes out of the vents. Any help would be awesome!

Hello having the same issue. I had to reinstall the old Honeywell thermostat to get cold air working again.
- I have an A/C I am not sure what the model is.
- There are 5 wires G, W, C, Y, R (and a jumper for Rc)
- the cooling works after putting the old thermostat back on.
