@dmajsl , before you are able to upload a picture while editing a text, you have to verify your email that Google sent you when you first created your account. Once your account email has been verified the option to upload photos will be unlocked. When you’re typing text, if you look at the top, you’re gonna see a set of icons for bold, etc., on the right and you’ll see the picture icon where you tap to add a photo.
