You will need a Nest Learning Thermostat. The basic Nest Thermostat
cannot handle 2-stage of heat and 2-stages of cooling. AC Cooling Wizard

Yes indeed it does. Since your furnace is so sensitive to the 200mA
charging current, you need to have the resistor to pull the current to
