Boiler Pump not turning on

Hot water radiant heat. Furnace turns on but the water circulator pump isn't turning on. Pump works with the old thermostat.

@MrE008, have you had a chance to check the suggested details above? In addition to what was shared, can you post a picture of your thermostat's wiring? From what country are you posting? Also, gather the power readings in your thermostat's Technical Info settings.
