2 wires with W and B only

I have an old Honeywell thermostat. I think the model is TH4110B but I am not 100% sure. I only have 2 wires W and B connected from the wall and a jumper with R and RC. I wonder why I don.t have a R wires from the wall since I want to replace it with a Nest learning thermostat ?

I don't need a C wire for a nest learning thermostat. The installation guide or app  provided by nest didn't provide a solution to me once I input only 2 wires W and B. It asked me to check for solution here.

I cannot find button to upload a picture here lol.

It is so simple. My old thermostat is Honeywell model PRO TH4110D. Two wires come out from the wall connected only to W and B terminals of the thermostat. There is a jumper alone connected R and RC. There are no wire at the terminal Y, G, O, C. Totally 8 terminals
