I've just had a new boiler fitted and as part of the install, my first Nest system (3rd Gen Learning). Love the system, but one thing I can't seem to sort. The plumber who fitted said I should keep the max boiler temp for heating to 75c (as the the boiler manual also recommend) but the nest system seems to default it to 80c and won't let me change it.
While its only 5c difference, I would like to keep to manufacturer instructions. Does anyone know how I can adjust this setting?

Thank you for the link, and that part of the system is fine and set correctly. Its the heating side of the boiler I can't seem to control.

Hi, if possible yes as I'm still unable to limit the boiler temp

Gotcha. Just to confirm, you mentioned the settings on the thermostat look ok, so it is a OpenTherm set boiler and the water temperature is set to the correct, the recommended one, on it correct? If possible please take a screenshot of the settings you have.
Also try and go to Settings> Equipment> Pro Setup on the thermostat. Check what temperatures are set there as well as there should be one for the heating, water temperature, and one for the hot water, the one at the taps.

Hi, no, no errors or anything, just when I try to change the max temp on the boiler it shows at 80c no matter what. If I disconnect the nest, I can then control this manually at the boiler.
