Had Nest for many years but this week the app will only switch the boiler on for hot water but not the heating although it says it is on. Have tried manually switching on the heating but again it says it’s on but the boiler is definitely not. The TP link is green. Boiler only just been serviced so Ok and it works for hot water using the app and as per the schedule. Any ideas?

Hi there and thanks for reaching our Community. I'm sorry to hear about your issue, but I'm here to help you out. Let's perform a click test. Open the Nest app and go near the Heat Link. Once you're there, with the app, activate the heating and listen for a click in the Heat Link. Wait for a minute or two, then deactivate the heating and listen for the second click. Let me know how many clicks you heard.
