Boiler not firing up

Hello 

When I set my thermostat or the app to heat mode on. The boiler doesn't do anything. I've literally had it installed and hour ago into a new boiler with no previous systems.

I've run a test on the thermostat and that also doesn't do anything or bring up an error.

It comes on for hot water and manual override. The heat link clicks when I turn heating mode off and on.

I've reset the thermostat and the boiler and heating link but the boiler will still not fire for heating.

Any help or advice?

Are you saying the thermostat has just been installed today, and not working?

It has been installed today, hot water works just not the central heating.

You can hear a click at the Heat Link when the thermostat calls for heat - correct?

I would say if that is correct the install has been messed up, why not get the installer back if fitted today? Didn't they show you the heating/water working before they left?

Yeah I get the click.

Unfortunately not long enough before they left for another job, we hoped it would be a case of resetting everything.

Personally I wouldn’t touch it until the installer corrects the problem. Get them to correct the issue otherwise you might invalidate the warranty.
