C wire disconnected per Google nest thermostat. It is connected to Wi-Fi, but not working

my thermostat is connected to Wi-Fi and connected to my Google Home account, but the thermostat is stating that one of the wires (c) is not connected, but I cannot tell where it would be disconnected as it appears OK.

Is there a C wire connected to the C terminal in the Nest thermostat?

Check the wiring in the furnace/air handler and verify that the C wire going to the thermostat is connected to the C terminal. This C terminal normally has two Wires connected to it, if there is only one wire it probably goes to the outdoor unit, and the thermostat C wire isn't connected.
