Can not reach quick view menu in Nest thermostat and it keeps disconnecting

Hello. I have had trouble for a few weeks with nest thermostat. It would just disconnect on its own despite us having a good wifi connection. Now since last night I can not go into quick view menu of the thermostat by pressing on the device and holding it. Sometimes it just shows up with home screen but quickly goes blank. It has blinking orange light. Please help...

It appears that your thermostat is experiencing a power-related issue. I found an article with some troubleshooting steps for when your thermostat is getting less power. Please let me know if that helps or if the issue still persists.
