Can't add another household member to nest thermostat

I went to settings > nest app and so on it says 'this thermostat is connected to an account.' we need to add another family member

@SamConner 

You add household members in the Google Home app under Settings | Household, after logging on with the same Google Account you use for the Google Nest app and connecting to the same Google Nest "home/structure".
