Can someone help me figure out please

I have a wood, electrical furnace, Newman WB-100E, with an Air Conditioner (that works perfectly in the new setup)

When I try to engage the heat without burning wood, the electric does not kick in, and  only the fan blows (no heat).

Here is how my old thermostat wired

Why is the 'RH' greyed out?

What have I done wrong?

Hi bowkop,

Thanks for reaching out. I'm afraid that the type of heating system that you have is not compatible with the Nest Thermostat. While most 24 V heating and cooling systems are compatible with Nest thermostats, there are some systems that aren’t compatible like solid fuel systems. You can click on this link to learn more about this.

Thanks,

Edward
