I found my six digit entry key, but it will not let me add it on my iPhone Nest app when I try to add product!
The other choice has individual boxes to add 7-digit entry key, but my choice of Nest Learning just has a big box. And when I add my six digit entry key in that big box with no individual dividers, it doesn’t give me an option to continue or add it just stays in that same screen

I should’ve also mentioned on my post that I was on support with Amazon for over an hour and we tried so many trouble-shooting options. My Wi-Fi (fiber optics) is connected. All of the wires are connected and in the places that they need to be in, we also did a restart and reset. Plus, we deleted the app on my phone and reloaded the app. I just need help on getting the product added to my phone getting past the entry key screen! I had an HVAC company actually install my thermostat on the wall so I didn’t want to have it taken out to send it back if I got a defective one so I wouldn’t have to have HVAC come out and pay for another Installation .
