Can’t connect thermostat to google home app

I migrated to Google Home, cannot connect my thermostat. Now I can’t operate my thermostat from either the Nest App or Google Home App. This is ridiculous I need help!!

I went through this several weeks ago and had the WORST technician on chat for an HOUR. I finally left that chat when I realized I knew more than he did. I called for help, instead, and got the problem solved very quickly, so I recommend that. They had me download an app where I could video my thermostat and they walked me through the steps. Good luck!!

Are you logging in to the Nest App using the Google account? If you are not then that is the problem.
