Hello,
First time I tried to get into Nest app on new phone and it doesn't connect to the thermostat.
I can see the schedule etc on the thermostat, but phone doesn't see it..
If I try to add a new Thermostat it wants an 'Enter Key', but there is no key displaying on the thermostat !

Don't worry - fixed it...was me being stupid, as I have a gmail account as well as a standard account and I was logged into the Nest app with the gmail, but the Nest account must have been linked with my standard email...So logged in again and hey presto !
