Can't migrate nest

Have seen all the answers. There is no migration option on my Nest app. I have 3 houses running on 2 apps mix and match, can't get any support other than the automated crap. If there is truly no support phone I'm replacing everything. And, yes I went through the support questions that supposedly get you to the contact phone option. Doesn't work, defaults to community answers that don't work either. At this point I feel like ripping everything out and replacing it. What a colossal product service fail!!

You cannot click on "Next step" on the "Resources" page?

Does this Google Nest Help topic offer any assistance? It says: "If the option “Migrate to a Google Account” does not appear on the screen, then your account has been migrated."

To contact Support, you need to start with this link. On the "Resources" page, don't select any of the help topics; just click "Next step" to get to the page with phone and chat options:

Unfortunately when I click on the resources page nothing happens. Thank you though

I can get there  but it takes me to community answers.  I can't get to the contact phone number which should be the best step.  The major problem is there is no phone support for these products.

When I get to the "Resources" page, I do not select ANY of the community answers. I don't click on ANYTHING else on the page. I simply select "Next step" and it goes to the page with contact options.
