Can't pair nest thermostat with my wife's phone. My phone works, wife's phone doesn't.

I have one Nest thermostat.  Both my wife and I got new phones and we are trying to get the Nest app to work with the thermostat.  My phone pairs with the thermostat fine; I can not get my wife's phone to pair with the thermostat.  There is no entry key option when looking for the key on the thermostat.  What do I do?

You need to invite her to be a member of your Google Nest "household" by going to Settings | Household in the Google Home app.  She'll need a Google (gmail) account.
