I had created a schedule preset and listed it for Tues, Wed, and Thursday. Later I decided not to use it and tried to remove it. It does NOT show upon the daily schedule but still changes the temperature at those times.

Hey LarryZ,
I wanted to follow up and see if I could be of any help. I found an article with more details on temperature schedules for your device. Please let me know if you are still having any trouble from here, as I would be happy to take a closer look and assist you further.
Best regards,
Jake

I had seen the article you referenced but it was no assistance. Here is my situation.
The thermostat is Model 1.4 and the software is 1.3-10.
I had been using just 2 settings Comfort and Eco. These started at 6:00AM and 10:PM respectively every day. I ten added a new one "Not Home" which I added to the schedules for Tues., Wed., and Thurs. That seemed to work. But I then wanted to remove it, and that is my problem. It does not appear in the schedules for any day. I even erased schedules for every day and then added the 2 that I wanted, Comfort and Eco. BUT on Tues., Wed., and Thurs., the thermostat still resets to then temperature I had used in "Not Home". I do not seem to be able remove the "Not Home" and it does not appear under the schedule for any day.

Hi folks,
Thanks for stopping by, Jake.
@LarryZ, thank you so much for the follow-up information. Did you restart the Nest Thermostat itself after clearing your schedules on the app? If not, go to your Nest Thermostat's Settings, then slide down to tap Restart. Without restarting the Nest Thermostat after making some changes on the app, the changes likely won't be saved, and the Nest Thermostat itself won't calibrate with the change.
Let us know how it goes.
Best,
Zoe

I haven't had a chance to try it. With the change in weather I am not currently using the heat.

I'm finally getting back to look at the thermostat even though with the weather here I have only used the air-conditioning a few hours this season. I wonder if part of the problem is that I've been using the Smart Home app and not the Nest app. I did download the Nest app but don't know how to proceed with it.
