Can’t send invite right now

Google nest learning thermostat will not let send an invite to my wife with a gmail email address????

Thanks for reaching out — I'd love to help. A maximum of 6 people can share a home. I suggest checking her Google Home app to see if she'll receive a notification for an invite there. Also, try to uninstall and reinstall your Google Home app before sending an invite. 

To accept an invite, you can follow this guide:

1. Open the Google Home app.
2. On the home screen, tap on your pending invitation.
3. Follow the in-app instructions to join someone’s home.
