Cannot add location when setting up new thermostat in the Nest App. It freezes.

When installing a NEST learning Thermostat Third Gen, It is freezing during setup when I attempt to assign the location. When I select the location of the thermostat (which currently shows as incomplete in the app), it continues to freeze and then it ultimately times out

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries; we'll check this out. Just to check, have you tried using a different phone to set up your Nest thermostat? What is the make and model of your phone and the software version? Have you tried reinstalling the Nest app?
