When I got the thermostat, I signed up for the OHM connect or something to get a $75 rebate. It said that it would automatically adjust my thermostat during peak times. It turns out, I don't want this feature. I want the thermostat to only go by my inputted schedule.
I tried to disable auto schedule, but when I go to the Google Home app and go to Temp Preferences > Automatic Scheduling Changes, there is no option to change anything. It's a blank page. It's currently set to "Suggestions", which I'm guessing is what it does throughout the day to change my set temperatures.
I'm also part of the Rush Hour program, which again, I'm trying to disable all this BS.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I’m having the same issue. There is no option to turn off the auto schedule. Very frustrating!

Hi Everyone,
Thanks for posting on the community page, I completely understand your frustration. It's really annoying when technology doesn't behave as expected, especially when it comes to something as essential as your home's temperature.
Let's work together to sort this out. It sounds like you're having trouble disabling the auto-schedule feature on your Nest thermostat. That's definitely not ideal. I'll do my best to help you regain control of your home's climate.
To start,
Best Regards,
Mario.

Hi Bz2,
Thanks for replying. I recommend using the Nest app because the Nest thermostat E is compatible with it. To disable the auto schedule, please follow these steps:
I hopes this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.

I disabled Rush Hour through contacting Google Support and disabled Nest Renew. While that setting still shows as Suggestions and On, my thermostat no longer adjusts itself automatically.

thanks for the reply!
Tried doing that however it points me back to Google Home - it’s a loop that shouldn’t be.
