Cannot get hot water working on nest learning thermostat

Thanks for reaching out. I'd like to know more about it. A few questions: do you see any messages or codes on your thermostat or in the app? Also, in what states are you located? Please check your thermostat power readout.

You can follow this guide:

1. Go to your thermostat Quick View menu.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Look for Technical Info.
4. Choose Power.
