Cannot set below 9c

Hi all

my Nest Gen.3 learning thermostat is fitted & working 

it seems after everything I’ve tried it seems stuck at a minimum of 9c 

totally ridiculous ,

 I want full control eg if I want it to turn completely off ( my boiler has system freeze protection )  within a schedule then on at 6am at any temp I select —-yes even 6 or 8c  or any other temp I choose regardless of what’s advised then I should be able to 

I don’t want it to turn the heating system on in the middle of the night and I don’t want to have to manually turn it off & then have to look at my phone at 5am to turn it back on to schedule 

Tbe Schedule seems good but is MISSING THE OFF  option , a minimum of 9c is of zero use 

it’s unbelievable that it seems to lack basic  controllability

Currently, the Nest Learning Thermostat can only be turned off manually and cannot be scheduled to do so automatically. I understand that the ability to schedule thermostat shutdowns would be a valuable feature for many users within their homes. Because of that please take a moment to fill out this feedback form.
