Hey JohnHenry, I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. What phone are you using to set it up (Android, iOS)? What type of Nest thermostat do you have? Thanks for the update — I'm glad to hear you've successfully added your thermostat back. Please note, removing the Nest Thermostat from the account will clear all the account based history such as subscription, schedule, and energy history.
