time to temperature is too long

how do i change the time to temperature on my nest? it's 2+ hours now.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your inquiry. I'd be happy to take a look at this for you.

Five-minute intervals are used by your Nest Thermostat to estimate the time to temperature. The display will say "less than ten minutes" when it will take fewer than ten minutes for the temperature you've chosen to be achieved, and "IN 2+ HR" when it will take more than two hours.
