Constant Disconnect from wifi

It's so frustrating that nest keeps disconnecting from wifi.

No, wifi is fine. All other devices have no issues at all.

Even nest is fine in general. But once in a while it just goes offline for no reason and non of the troubleshooting works.

For example, I am upstairs and turned the heater off using my phone app. App says it's off. But I see the heater is keep running for more than 10 minutes.

Going downstairs where the thermostat is, it says wifi disconnected. When I manually turned the dial to lower the temperature, then finally the heater is off.

I've had nest for about a year now, and this sort of disconnecting issue had happened more than 10 times. So unreliable.

The worst thing I am worried is when I am away. If I remotely turn on or off, I just can't trust if the command is actually registered as expected. If I am away for days, and turn off didn't register, does that mean the heater will be on all those days?

My basic question is this. Why the wifi is so fragile? I am not asking about it as a thermostat. It's just another wifi device like a computer, phone, smart devices, etc. NONE of them have wifi issues at all. Why is the Nest Thermostat wifi so terrible?

How is the Nest wired?

Does it have a C wire installed?

Post a picture of the power information from the thermostat.

Follow the steps provided in this help article for On your thermostat under the Power section

That shows that all of your power is good.

Where is the Wifi located to the thermostat?
