Cool doesn’t show on the app or on thermostat

All of a sudden the cool feature is not shown on the thermostat or the app. My current nest thermostat has a Y one, G, R, W one, C

I really appreciate the wiring information. To provide the most accurate troubleshooting, could you please provide the following information? 

  • What type of Nest Thermostat do you have?
  • When did you install the Nest Thermostat?
  • When did you first notice this issue? Was the cooling feature working correctly before?
  • Are there any error codes or messages showing on the thermostat's screen?
  • Which app are you using to control your thermostat: the Google Home app or the Nest app?
