Cooling not working

Hi, just installed new nest learning thermostat. Cooling not working. Had Y1,G,W and R with a jumper to Rc

Can you post a picture of the original thermostat's wiring here?

 should I have it in rc Instead of rh ?      The original thermostat had red wire to Rc and a metal plate to R . (In picture, hard to see the R symbol)

Working now. Changed to rc and reseated all 4 wires. Reset nest and seems to work now
