I received an email from Google Nest today claiming they know that there are issues with our nest thermostat and said Nest will replace the thermostat with no charge. Which is true. We have previously called Nest last month and received no help. Today's email from Nest said to call customer support at 855-469-6378 ...we got a recording that this number is no longer available and to go online for support! What? Please let us know how to resolve this issue as well as a direct customer support phone number.
I have tried multiple times to contact Nest about one of our Outdoor cameras that all of the sudden went offline, but no one has returned my attempts? What is the best phone number to contact Nest Customer Service???
I have an issue with my Nest Thermostat and have been reading the communication in this thread. Why does Nest not have a technical phone number so that we can talk with a live person?? This is very poor customer service!
Jenelyn, the Next app on my iPhone logged me out and I am not able to log back in. I am logged in fine on my iPad but cannot log in to Next via my computer. I don't have a working number for Nest nor does google provide one. I requested a password recovery e-mail many times but have yet to receive one. I checked the forums and such and have not found any resolutions to this issue. I am very disappointed with google and its Nest services.
Hi, I am replying to an email we received from Jenelyn regarding an email we received from Google Nest. You requested the serial number of our nest thermostat, but we are out of town for a few weeks. Nothing has been resolved yet regarding my Nest Thermostat. Remember that Nest emailed me first and told me that my Nest is faulty and it needs to be replaced free of charge. The number given to me is inactive. Customer service is non-existent. This style of communication is very frustrating. Please keep this thread open. Is there a number for customer service? I'd like to resolve this headache.

@David40, unfortunately the phone number of Nest is no longer available, but you don't have to worry, there's still an easy way to get in touch with our phone support. You can click this link and follow the prompt there that will route you to get a live representative.
Hi Dan, no my issue with my Nest Thermostat has not been resolved. I've been trying to talk to customer service since February 2023. All I get in response from folks like you is "we will look into it, fill out this form and we let customer service know". Crickets. This thread is basically useless and it has gotten me nowhere. I have wasted so much time with Nest that I have written a letter to headquarters. We will see if I finally get a response from them and put an end to all of this nonsense.
As has been noted several times already on this thread, Google Nest simply does NOT publish a support number.
If you want to talk to Support by phone, use the link and instructions in the post below. When you get to the "Contact options" page, you should have a choice of a phone call, chat, or email, depending on the time of day and your locale.
