My Nest Heat Link has died suddenly. No power, unable to reset and thermostat showing H71 error. I've tried power cycling which hasn't worked.
This looks like an extremely common error from searching these forums...
So now we have no hot water and no heating and we have a 10 month old baby. Therefore we need to get this sorted extremely quickly. How can I go about ordering a replacement please as others seem to have done?
