Disable pre heat

I have a noisy pump so I want the heating only to come on when I set the time. I have seen lots of threads about disabling the pre heat etc but the app, the thermostat and Neat home don't give an option to alter "Time to temp". I have true radiant set to off.

Is there a hidden menu or can I change the heating type to access a different menu. I am using a normal gas boiler. 

I tired the Nest Chat and there just sent m,e a list of third party installers to call
