Can someone, anyone, please help us with this. We purchased and had installed by a technician two Nest thermostats sometime around 20 years ago. 

What email the technician used, I do not know since I have provided Nest with every email we think may have been used, and none Nest has no record of any of them, despite the fact that they have been working FLAWLESSLY AND remotely since being installed .
Obviously the reason we never received notification by email is because the email cannot be verified by Nest. 
I have provided pictures of my thermostats with the corresponding and matching serial numbers.
I am not asking for free thermostats, only for the same opportunity to purchase upgraded equipment that you have offered thousands of other Nest customers, just like me.
So what is the problem?
Do you think these are stolen? Check the serial numbers. 
Do you think I don’t have these in possession? Check the pictures of them installed.
Do you think mine are counterfeit? Check the serial numbers I have provided.
Has time lapsed on the offer? I obviously never received the offer since we can’t establish what email was used, and no one bothered to text the information to the phone number that has not changed in 30 years.
 
Is the Nest organization so small that an offer to purchase a new thermostat at a reduced rate receives this type of scrutiny, 3 weeks of emails, 23 emails!!!!!!!  back and forth with no resolution, after pictures and serial numbers have been provided 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
