Hi
I have a nest thermostat (the mirror surface one ) , is it possible to use one thermostat to control both the gas boiler radiant heat and air condition system(duel system )?

What you are referring to sounds like a dual transformer system with which the Google Nest Thermostat is incompatible. The only Nest thermostat that is compatible with a Dual Transformer system is the Nest Learning Thermostat, 3rd Gen.
Here is a table showing what is compatible with each type of Nest thermostat.

Hello folks,
I wanted to ensure that everything was covered here.
Thanks for the input, @Patrick_Caezza.
@ianz, in addition to what was mentioned by Patrick_Caezza. If your system has a heat pump with an auxiliary heat source, you’ll be asked if your system is dual-fuel or single-fuel. So if you have a dual-fuel system, you might need to have a trained professional set up your thermostat. But if your system fits the description in the article shared above, it should work with the Nest Thermostats.
Feel free to let us know if you have more questions in mind.
Regards,
Mark
