E78 error message on newky installed Nest Gen 3 hermostst

I recently purchased the gen 3 learning thermostat from Lowes with installation to replace a Sensi thermostat.

The unit is installed, however, it is getting an E78 error that it only detects the W2/aux wire.

When I look at the equipment screen it show equipment sensed on:

Y1-g-w2/aux-c-Rh

Wires inserted 

Y1-c-rh-g-w2/aux

 tge tech said to let the battery recharge then trying to connect again but it seems that the thermostat is not getting or sending signals to my furnace which is gas but my app says heat source is electric.

Help! The tech is supposed to come back today but can't depend on that happening.

Could you send a photo of the wires on your thermostat to check if it matched with what the system detects?
