We want to replace our Emerson 1F78 with a Google Nest Learning Thermostat (4th gen). We opened it and we don't see a yellow wire. Can anyone help to confirm whether we are able to make the change? If yes, would the blue wire in our current thermostat be the "Y" wire for the Nest? We also don't see a common wire...? Not sure if that's important for a Learning Thermostat but it seems to be potentially important based on other forums we've read. Thank you!
An image of our current thermostat wiring can be found here.

Hi @LoLoTiTi,
Thank you for reaching out to the community. I’m sorry that you’re having these doubts with the wiring. Let's clarify that.
In this case, it’s possible to replace your current thermostat with Google Nest. Based on the photo you sent, the Nest thermostat likely has the same letter-labeled terminals as your current one. This means you can connect the wires to the corresponding terminals on the nest.

Keep me updated.
Bestregards,
