Just want to know if the Nest is compatible with my existing Trane wiring?

Yes but look at the cable is there a extra wire not used? You can use it for a C wire but have to connect it to C at the furnace also.

Depending on which of the Nest thermostat's you are going to. If you are using the Google Nest Thermostat you are also going to want to use the Google Nest Power Connector so you have a C wire. The older two thermostats will work without one, but I always recommend installing one anyway just to insure you don't have any power problems down the road.
