Fan is won't stop working

Fan won't stop working. Even if I chose the lowest time (15 min), it won't stop working. How can we make it work only while heat or AC is working?

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry for the delay. A few questions: what type of Nest Thermostat do you have? You can visit this support article to check what type of thermostat you have. When did the issue first occur? To isolate it further, please try to turn off the mode of your thermostat and check if the fan will still work.
