Fan running when heat is not

We have 2 nest thermostats for our dual zone system. The fan seems to always be running even when it’s not heating. I’ve checked the wiring and it’s correct and there is no fan schedule. I’ve searched the boards but can’t seem to find anyone who’s found a solution? It’s very frustrating, to the point where might just get different thermostats.

Sorry for the delay but thanks for reaching out to the Google Nest Community. 

Is this a first time install or was it working before? Does this happen to both Nest thermostats or on just one of them? Also, could you post a photo of your old thermostat wires as well as your current Nest thermostats' so I could check on them further.
