File a Claim not working for defective device under warranty

The google nest file a claim webpage does not work.  I am under warranty and demand a replacement for this product that has lasted less than a year. Not only does the device not work, the file a claim form has a website error message.  Please rectify this immediately.  I can provide serial number and have the original box.  I will have to purchase another one out of pocket in the interim at more expense.   Awful.

I went to the google nest page through the link you provided and the warranty checker also comes back with a url error.

I need an actual phone number or email to contact.

Hi @msilverstein25,

Thank you for posting in the community. I understand you're experiencing some inconveniences with accessing the Google Nest file-a-claim website. This sounds frustrating, considering the importance of claiming a warranty in a timely manner since your defective Nest device is under warranty. I'm happy to assist you.

Since you mentioned you're having issues with the website, you can try visiting the Warranty Checker page. If the issue persists, you can also visit our Contact Us page, where you can reach our Nest team by phone, live chat, or email to verify your defective Nest device's warranty.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

Regards,

Anders

I did this all got 100% through...then the file a claim for return failed...unbelieveable...need a human representative or email.

.. you follow the steps to get a phone call.  Where exactly is it erroring?

You need to fill out steps 1 and 2 , on step three of asks if you want a phone call, they will call you.  There isn't a public facing number
