Forum usability

Hi. As a recent new user of Nest I have used the forum to check a few facts etc. I've also, using my experiences, offered some responses to other users' questions.  I'd have liked to continue to support the community BUT ...

The forum usability is a nightmare.

On one post I offered a suggestion, which was adopted. The OP asked a follow-up question and I've been trying for 3 days to reply. I type my message, hit reply, and see my final message in the thread, showing "posted 7 seconds ago". But if I leave the forum and log in again, my reply is gone. Tried 3 times and have up.

Also, while trying to find that thread, I searched for the ID of the OP but it doesn't find the thread I answered. I can however get to it by going back though all posts day by day until I see it. Of course, that gets harder and harder to do. Any decent forum would allow me to hit my profile and see a list of all my posts, but not this one it seems. 

Sorry, but supporting this forum is just too much hard work. I quit.

This Koros forum software is the worse. I have no clue as to why they moved the Nest Community to it, and I have personally complained up the ladder about it.

Unfortunately, it looks like we are stuck with it, which sucks because I know a lot of threads drop off that are still active because there is no way to search.

I'm really sorry you ran into that much trouble! I know I find myself having some strange forum issues occasionally, so we really do appreciate all the feedback we can get to improve some of the problems.
