Furnace not turning on

I’ve tried restarting my phone, turning the heat off and back on in the app, and turning off the furnace breaker, but my furnace is not turning on.

It sounds like you are having troubles with your furnace , could you provide me more information about this inconvenience, and please try to check the wiring system of your furnace to double check if there is no a wiring configuration issue.
