Gen 2 replacement thermostat no longer supported

I need to see about getting my  email with the discount. Code on the gen 2 no longer being supported come October 25th. If it was already sent I no longer have it can you please send me the discount code or process to obtain a nest at 50% the price please.

Thanks for posting on the community page. I understand you haven't received any emails for the discount code for your Nest Learning Thermostat (2nd gen), which will no longer receive support. Don't worry, I'd be more than glad to assist you. To help with that, I have a few questions for you:

  • What country are you in?
  • Is your Nest thermostat linked to your Nest account?

Please let me know the answer to these questions.
