My heat link and thermostat have become disconnected and the heat link now has no lights- I have heard that this is a manufacturing issue and Google will replace the heat link. It is a Gen3 model- anyone know who to contact. Despite over 2000 of the googlers being in my country they appear not to have phone numbers or emails.
