Google Home Thermostat sharing

I have shared the Google Home app with my family members. They can adjust the thermostat temperature. They cannot adjust the hot water to switch it on or off. Any advice on how to do that please?

Just to confirm, it seems like you're located in the UK, could you please confirm that? Additionally, please provide the following information:

  • What is the specific model and generation of your Nest thermostat?
  • Can you control the hot water rather than the family members? If so, which app are you using?
