Google Nest 4th generation Thermostat UK wiring

Hello, I just bought a Google Nest 4th generation smart thermostat in UK.

I am struggling to understand the wiring / solution to set it up.

The new Nest Learning Thermostat 4th Gen can not be used in the UK/Europe. You must use the UK/European version of the Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd Gen or the Nest Thermostat E.

Only the UK/European versions are compatible.
